"This review of Realtor Josh Schroeder is truthful- my wife and I have experienced many types of agents over the decades; some honest and hardworking, some devious and hard to read and some lazy and preoccupied. Josh is definitely in the first category. We needed to find a new tenant for our Laguna Beach rental home and our regular agent had moved out of the area. We tried a recommendation, and we tried a prior contact who was a local expert. The recommendation was not up to the task and the local expert tried to create a contract that we felt was dishonest. Those two swings and misses caused us to turn to good old YELP and my wife found the highly rated Josh Schroeder we left him an email. When Josh contacted us, he was prepared, knowledgeable and ready to take on our needs and we signed a fair contract for Josh to advertise our property and represent us. Josh also needed to create a working relationship with the outgoing tenant to ensure a smooth transition and he succeeded there. Josh was always available to show the property and to take our calls. Josh secured a whole basket full of tenant choices which is a good problem for the landlord but a lot of work for the agent. With Josh's assistance we reviewed all the choices while Josh re-contacted applicants to get needed documents to create a complete application packet.
